No one prepares you for midlife – walking helped me reset.

There’s a moment in midlife that no one really talks about.

You wake up one morning and something feels different. Your mood shifts faster. Your patience feels thinner. Your body responds in ways it never used to. You feel slightly off  but you can’t quite explain why.

And no one prepared you for it.

I didn’t expect midlife to feel like this either. I thought I would feel steady and settled. Instead, I found myself craving clarity, calm and something that felt grounding again.

For me, that something was walking.

If midlife has caught you of guard, you are not alone.

We are allowed to take this one step at a time.

Sometimes the first step is simply putting on your shoes and going for a walk.
